The ocean and sky, and salt water marshes in South Florida and Cape Henlopen, Delaware constantly amaze me. Changing light conditions, transparency & color of the water and atmospheric variation are the themes of a new series of pastel drawings.

I can feel the warmth of the sand and sun when I look at this picture. It is one of the most inviting paintings I think I've ever seen. I can't wait for the next drawing. Truly!
Your praise is so much appreciated, Betsy! You have no idea! The painting was received at a show in Rehoboth Beach, DE last summer with a sort of "HO-HUM."
